FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: inventions may be used in coke and oil industries. The method for successive manufacturing of pressed carbons units (11) fit for coking chambers includes coal bulk (6) filling from coal feed device (5) into press mould (4) containing mobbing plate (1) equipped with folding stop wall (2) impermeable for coal and two side walls (15a, 15b) passing in parallel to direction of the plate (1) movement. Press mould (4) is permeable for coal in one horizontal direction. During manufacturing of pressed carbon units (8) the side of press mould (4) permeable for coal is closed with fixed closing wall (3) and moved towards direction of plate (1) so that by press mould (4) shape of coal bulk (6) is fixed in horizontal plane. Upon completion of pressed carbon unit (8) shaping plate (1) is moved horizontally along press mould (4), at that plate (1) is capable of moving crosswise in horizontal direction. During the shaping procedure plate (1) is put to the brake or stopped in horizontal direction or moved close to fixed closing wall (3). Loose coal layer (9) is compacted by ramming appliance (7).
EFFECT: inventions allow increasing in coke gas yield at simultaneous manufacturing of several pressed units.
