SUBSTANCE: in small size unit for dewatering of bulk materials, comprising a filter, a loading device, unloading devices for discharging filtrate and condensed fraction, the filter is mounted on the base with an inclination at an angle α to the horizon in the direction of loading and unloading with the vibrator mounted horizontally inside the base, at that the filter is mounted by means of springs on the frame, is made in the form of a torus with a curved helical perforated surface along the inner perimeter in the form of pockets of a curved shape with centres of curvature located inside the filter mounted of sections, each of which is made in the form of circular sector made of a perforated strip to form quadrangles different in size, having two parallel sides in the form of fold lines located on a perforated strip at equal distances from each other and parallel to each other, at that the perforated strip is folded into a ring, along the perimeter of which there are pockets of curved shape, and the sections are connected to each other with the free sides of the said quadrangles in the form of a hollow filter, to form on the outer and inner perforated surface, directed in the same direction at an acute angle to the axis of the filter of helical lines and helical inner perforated surfaces in the form of curved pockets can be different along the perimeter not only in shape, but also in size, and the distances between the fold lines are equal to each other, at that the discharge device is made in the form of an annular skirt with a discharge opening for discharging the filtrate.

EFFECT: reduction of dimensions in length, simplification of manufacturing, and expansion of technological capabilities of the unit.
