FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to screening rocks and construction materials, crushing and sorting jobs, and screen sizing of construction materials. Proposed screen comprises drum, drive, loading and unloading devices. Screening surface is elastically mounted on the bed and provided with vibrator. It is shaped to torus with wavy multistart screw perforated double-curvature surface provided with screw channels inside and outside said perforated surface at the angle to its axis in the form of curvilinear pockets with centre of curvature located inside and outside screening surface cross-section. Screening surface is composed of sections, each being made of circular sector made of perforated strip coiled to form different-size quadrangles with two parallel sides. Sections are interconnected by free sides of said quadrangles in the form of hollow screening surface to make aforesaid curvilinear pockets with centre of curvature located inside and outside screening surface cross-section. Said pockets over perimetre of screening surface may have different shape and sizes. Distance between flexure lines equal the sum of perimetres of pockets of inner and outer surfaces.

EFFECT: decreased overall dimensions, expanded performances.
