SUBSTANCE: determination of the order ratio comprises spinning a rocket or projectile about the bank axis in the plane of target imitator tracing. A control signal is generated for the servo steering drive. A reference signal is generated by a definite law to revolve the servo or reference signal phase. The said reference and servo signals are multiplied to fill the resultant signal with count pulses. A convolve signal is generated in a definite manner. An order ratio module is defined by the fixation of the convolve signal peak while the phase is defined by the fixation of the angle of the phase shift between the reference and convolve signals at their crossing of the zero level. The claimed device comprises the actuators of rocket revolution about the bank axis, a reference signal and count pulse train transducer, a phase shifter, a convolence unit with multiplier, a limiting amplifier, a phase meter, a convolence peak fixation unit, all being connected in a definite manner.
EFFECT: simplified measurement of the order ratio and missile or projectile phase error.
