SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the thumb switch (1) as control organ of system engineering for home and building with underplaster insert (2), in which together with binary input the printed circuit board (27, 28) is installed with build-in microswitches (30, 31). The underplaster insert (2) of the switching rocking arm has support for installation of the switching rocking arm (12, 13), switching rocking arm (12, 13) contains switching levers (16, 17), that by means of separate switching followers (18, 19) activate the microswitches (30, 31), as the control organ the rocker arm from common program for installation devices for sockets, switches, thumb switches, light regulators.
EFFECT: improved reliability.
