FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining a prepolymer varnish includes mixing components in a per cent-weight ratio: polyether Laprol 3003 20-30, styrene 40-50, acrylonitrile 20-30 and hexamethyldiisocyanate 5-7, with excessive carbon dioxide pressure, the mixture of which is synthesised by mixing at a temperature of 50-55°C. After that the mixture is cooled with further filtration and packaging into hermetic containers. Before application diisocyanate or polymerdiisocyanate is introduced into the mixture in the amount of 20-25 wt.p. per 100 wt.p. of the varnish with further mixing. In case of necessity, optional additives from one or several representatives of pigments or rheology modifiers and non-active filling agents are introduced into the varnish. The invention also relates to an installation for obtaining the polyurethane prepolymer varnish, which contains a reactor, provided with a circulatory heating system, including a water reservoir, a heater and a water pump, successively connected by means of pipelines with the heating jacket of the reactor, with the latter being connected with a multi-component batcher and reservoir for loading raw material, equipped with scales and a collector with a reservoir for a light fraction, and the cooling system, which includes a reverse refrigerator, provided with a vacuum pump with a water seal, connected with the reactor jacket, and the reactor is connected at the bottom by means of valves in a parallel way with a compressed gas cylinder, provided with a gas pressure regulator and via a filter with a container for the finished product.

EFFECT: increased resistance to the impact of atmospheric and aggressive media, heat resistance and hydroinsulation, and electric strength.
