FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry, particularly polyurethane compositions, and can be used for decorative coating and protection of metallic, concrete, reinforced concrete, wooden and glass surfaces of building structures and marine structures from corrosion and the effect of different atmospheric and aggressive media, as well as a protective internal and external coating for pipelines and containers during extraction and transportation of oil and gas, engineering and hydraulic structures used in different aggressive climatic conditions. The polyetherurethane composition for protective coating contains a polyetherurethane prepolymer with vinyl links based on bis-monodiphenylol propane polyether propylene glycol with molecular weight 1002, obtained via polycondensation of propylene oxide with diphenylol propane in the presence of potassium hydroxide, followed by polyaddition of styrene to a polyether molecule, and a liquid diisocyanate-type hardener.
EFFECT: obtaining a coating with improved strength and adhesion properties, corrosion resistance, high thermo- and bio-resistance to atmospheric and aggressive media.
