FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a standby mode power supply scheme (300) for a double-wire intercom system and a device. The standby mode power supply scheme (300) is divided into two modules, whereat the first power supply module is the source for the standby mode power supply scheme (302) while the second module is the source for the operating mode power supply scheme (304). The power supply source of the operating mode scheme (304) is switched off by a stabilised current switch (310) when the load device is in the standby mode. The power supply source of the standby mode scheme (302) comprises a stabilised current circuit (306), at that the impedance of the circuit to alternating current is bigger.

EFFECT: bigger impedance to alternating current for the double-wire intercom system thus allowing sufficient power supply for multiple load devices both in conditions of the operating mode and the standby mode.
