SUBSTANCE: method consists in unwinding yarns from a bobbin creel, their layout on the rotating drum using two or more combs, that only on a predetermined part of its perimeter, aligning them with one or more fabrics of nonwoven material, retraction of yarns intertwined with each other with nonwoven fabrics from the drum by the shaft guides into a bath with a binder and then to the drying section.
EFFECT: simplification and cost-cutting of the manufacturing process of flat nonwoven fabrics and articles from them with a predetermined structure and desired dimensions.
