SUBSTANCE: nonwoven fabric comprises through cavities, each through cavity comprises a first opening on the upper surface of the fabric and the first raised edge adjacent along the periphery to the first opening. Each cavity can additionally comprise a second opening on the lower surface of the fabric and a second raised edge adjacent along the periphery to the second opening so that the first opening may have a surface area which is greater than or equal to the surface area of the second opening.
EFFECT: improved properties of the fabric.
