Each measurement chain by means of optically coupled devices transmits information about insulation resistance condition to an alarm system, where a certain combination of information inputs corresponds to the condition of certain controlled network phase to body fault.
EFFECT: possibility to change the device actuation threshold, increased functional capabilities and reliability.
