FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. The tire includes the protector fitted with the main grooves continuous in the longitudinal direction and cross grooves with formation of blocks in longitudinal rows. The main grooves include a pair of main shoulder grooves each of them is located from each side from the tire equator so their central line is located at the distance from 0.30 to 0.65 of the half of width of the protector from the tire equator. Blocks comprise the crown blocks located near the protector crown between the main shoulder grooves and the shoulder blocks located in shoulder areas axially outside from the main shoulder grooves. Each of crown blocks and shoulder blocks is fitted at least with one lamel passing in the axial direction.
EFFECT: improvement of running characteristics of the tire on the ice-covered road.
