FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises solar battery connected by its positive and negative buses to voltage stabiliser, accumulator battery connected by its positive and negative buses to input of charger and output of discharger. It also comprises extreme control for solar battery power coupled by its inputs to current sensor mounted at one of the buses between the solar battery and voltage stabiliser, and by its output - to voltage stabiliser. The voltage stabiliser is made as bridge inverters with the common transformer. At that secondary windings of the transformer are made with several outputs in order to receive several rated values of voltage in the preset range, where the least voltage corresponds to the required voltage as of the data of commencement of the spacecraft operation. The system is equipped with control circuit and devices regulating number of operating turns in the above windings designed to interact with control circuit in order to switch over number of the transformer turns when output voltage is reduced.
