SUBSTANCE: product is presented in the form of six embodiments, which are based on a rod with the web attached to it, with the advertising information coated on it on the outer surface of the web and the adhesive layer applied to the inner surface of the web. The product embodiments have an additional cylindrical housing. Also, some embodiments have an additional housing and a handle by which the web can be untwisted and twisted. In addition, some embodiments of the product due to the thread applied to the end of the axis can fix the untwisted web, preventing further untwisting. Also, some embodiments of the product in special cases can be perforated on the web, allowing to tear off a part of the web. In addition, embodiments of the product have a clip at the end of the web, which enables to fix the edge of the web wrapped around the container, into the housing. Handles, clips and the thread enable to fix the product on the surface of the packaging unit of the product tightly enough and enable to dismantle and re-use at least one more time.

EFFECT: claimed invention due to its structure can be placed on the surface of the packaging unit of the product of any shape, both on the surface of the container and on top of the label applied on the container, the web with the information applied on it, including advertisement, has no dividing into parts that enables to place an integral composition, the product due to the housing protects the web from the corrosive environment and mechanical impact, and when the web is applied to the packaging unit of the product it is tightly adjacent to the surface of the container, thereby preventing the possible sliding, in addition, the design of the product enables to use it several times.
