SUBSTANCE: in particular the invention can be used to control the clearance at tip of the turbine blades. The valve has a piston (60), means to feed medium under pressure for the piston (60) movement in the hollow casing (58) and devices determining the piston (60) position. The devices determining the piston position have lock element moving together with the piston (60) in medium channel between the opened and closed positions. The medium channel links the feed means with the pressure transmitter (94), its output signal informs about the valve piston position.
EFFECT: simple clearance monitoring at tips of turbine blades.
