FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method is carried out using a monolithic translucent protective shield made of an impact-resistant material, the said shield having lenses, a modular structure, independent insulation of the light-emitting zone, contact zones of the optical module, interfaces for the power supply and the power supply itself, wherein power supply is placed in the external part of the closed end-to-end loop of the housing within the lamp, as well as the structure of the housing itself, which is in the form of an extruded profile with U-shaped channels, on which both printed-circuit boards of the optical modules and the shields are mounted, and an end-to-end closed loop which serves as the compartment for the power supply and minimises mutual heat exchange between the lamp and the power supply. The power supply is located within the lamp.
EFFECT: high reliability.
