SUBSTANCE: for creation of a loading door, for which it is always possible to adjust its predetermined effective thickness by compensation of allowable variations of insert sizes, and the specified design requirements are fulfilled regarding fitting of the inner frame element and the outer frame element to each other without grooves and gaps, before docking the frame elements at least the material of support areas is temporarily brought in a plastically deformable state. With the inserted insert the forces are applied to the support areas, which by deformation adapt them to the geometric characteristics of the insert with ensuring a predetermined design size of the door thickness.
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing of inserts, as it becomes possible to produce inserts with higher manufacturing tolerances.
