FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the explosives causing release of hydrogen. According to the invention, the explosive comprises decaborane in combination with six different oxidants: nitrogen pentoxide, ammonium nitrate, ammonium dinitramide, boron nitrate, beryllium nitrate, nitrogen hexoxide. Nature of the invention is the fact that oxygen reacts only with borohydride metal (according to electromotive series), and boron reacts exothermically with nitrogen thereby increasing the reaction energy. Boron compounds such as boranes, borohydrides, thus give a large amount of hydrogen.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is increased pressure on compression wave front, as well as reaction rate control.
