FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to glue composition, which includes soya, adduct of amine-epichlorohydrin (AE) and isocyanate, where AE adduct includes polyamidoamine-epichlorohydrin polymer (PAE); isocyanate includes poly(hexamethylenediisocyanate) (pHDI) or poly(methylenediphenyldiisocyanate); ratio AE adduct dry weight/isocyanate dry weight constitutes from 10:1 to 1:1 and ratio soya/total content of AE adduct and isocyanate component in composition constitutes from 1:2 to 10:1. Isocyanate includes water-dispersible isocyanate. Invention also relates to method for obtaining composite, which includes the following stages: a) obtaining lignocelluloses substrate, b) application of said glue composition on substrate and c) exposure of substrate/glue combination at heating and under pressure, and method for obtaining composite, which includes the following stages: a) obtaining lignocelluloses substrate, b) application of isocyanate on substrate, c) application of AE adduct and soya mixture on substrate, where ratio AE adduct dry weight/isocyanate dry weight constitutes from 10:1 to 1:1 and ratio soya/total content of AE adduct component and isocyanate component in composition constitutes from 1:2 to 10:1, and d) exposure of substrate/glue combination at heating and under pressure. Preliminary dispersion of isocyanate on substrate before processing with said glue results in increased strength. Invention also describes lignocelluloses composite, including lignocelluloses substrate and glue composition in accordance with claimed invention.
