FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: overhang lengthwise bridge wall composed by bent tubes of lateral shields are arranged above the boiler furnace grating over the active fuel combustion section. Note here that the said bent tubes feature an L-like shape and alternate with straight tubes, their vertical sections being arranged in parallel. The horizontal bends face each other and are located above the furnace grating. Their ends are connected while their faces are plugged. Spacing between the lower bent tubes is filled with fireclay refractory. Besides, the lower side of the horizontal bends is lined with refractory mastic. Note also that the boiler furnace is provided with an extra system for feed of secondary blast air. The said system comprises horizontal blast channels arranged on the furnace both sides and communicated by a crosswise air-gas line. One of the horizontal blast channels is communicated with a blast source. Note also that extra lengthwise horizontal channels are arranged above in parallel with the said horizontal blast channels and communicated therewith by vertical pipes located nearby the lengthwise bridge walls. Besides, the said extra lengthwise horizontal channels are provided with the horizontal pipes with blast nozzles arranged above the furnace grating directly above the fire bed.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of the boiler furnace at burning of brown coals, decreased heat loses.
