FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to boiler equipment. Hot-water boiler of rectangular cross-section includes foundation, on which furnace and adjoining convective unit are mounted, wherein the furnace space from below is limited by the inclined pushing grate and is equipped with furnace screens made in the form of pipe panels, hydraulically connected to corresponding two upper and two lower longitudinal collectors of boiler, convective unit is equipped with heat exchange surfaces containing transversely streamlined tube bundles, hydraulically connected to the boiler longitudinal lugs, wherein the furnace housing and the convection assembly are resting on a single support foundation frame and attached to it, for which the boiler upper and lower longitudinal collectors are made as common elements of the furnace and the convection assembly, besides, horizontal incendiary arch from heat-resistant, heat-accumulating material is mounted above inclined pushing grid, above section adjoining front screen. Longitudinal parallel top and bottom water headers of the boiler are made in form of solid pipes with length equal to total length of furnace and convective unit with possibility of their use as bearing beams. Convective unit includes radiant-convective and convective units the heat exchange surfaces of which contain transverse streamlined tube bundles of the chess layout. Radiant-convective unit is formed by the first and second gas-tight fin tubular panels, the first of which is the rear edge of the furnace, and the second one forms the first wall of the gap between the radiant-convective and convective blocks. Convective unit contains convective gas ducts formed by the second gas-tight wall of the gap, intermediate gas-tight fin tubular panels and an end finned tubular panel in contact with the end wall of the boiler.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at intensification of heat exchange in a convective unit.
