SUBSTANCE: proposed toilet (1) for a pet comprises an outer container (10) and an inner container (20). The lower outer side portion (15) having a lower side wall is provided on the side wall (12a) of the outer container (10), and a lower inner side portion (25) having a lower side wall is provided on the side wall (22a) of the inner container (20). The outer container (10) and the inner container (20) are relatively movable. Entrance (2) for a pet, which is lower than the adjacent side wall (3), is formed by placing the inner container (20) into the outer container (10) so that the position of the lower outer side portion (15) coincides with the position of the lower inner side portion (25). Moreover, the lower outer side portion (15) is closed by the side wall of the inner container (20), and the lower inner side portion (25) is closed by the side wall of the outer container (10) by placing the inner container (20) into the outer container (10) so that the position of the lower outer side portion (15) does not coincide with the position of the lower inner side portion (25). The inner container (20) additionally comprises a locking hook which is located on the upper end of the side wall adjacent to the lower inner side portion. In a state in which the inner container (20) is placed in the outer container (10), the locking hook is made with the ability to engage on the upper end of the side wall of the outer container to enable the proximity of the upper end of the lower inner side portion to the lower outer side portion or the side wall of the outer container, thereby reducing the gap formed between the upper end of lower inner side portion and the lower outer side portion or the side wall of the outer container.

EFFECT: invention prevents pouring out the sand, eliminates the need for preparing a new toilet in accordance with the growth of a pet, it is suitable for a pet with low physical capability.
