SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of toilet system for pets. System comprises an excrement container configured to receive a toilet litter and having a liquid-permeable bottom surface, a tray located under the excrement container and configured to receive an absorbent sheet for absorbing liquid that has passed through the lower surface, lower container made with possibility to hold tray, and an upper container located above the excrement container. In the upper container there is an opening for entry and exit of a domestic animal. Upper side of the upper container is open. Upper container has a pair of side walls facing each other on both sides in the direction along the width of the opening and passing in the forward-backward direction, which is the direction along the depth of the upper container, and a rear wall facing the opening in the forward-backward direction. Height of the highest part of the side wall having the greatest height in the side wall is greater than the height of the highest part of the rear wall having the greatest height of the rear wall.

EFFECT: efficient elimination of toilet litter being thrown out.
