FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: composition for the production of heat resistant concretes, including spent catalyst IM-2201, crushed stone from carbonate rocks of fraction 5-10 mm, river sand with modulus of fineness 1.68 and H3PO4, additionally contains iron-containing waste of hydrometallurgical production of zinc with content, wt %: SiO2 - 30.4; Al2O3 - 10.2; Fe2O3 - 43.2; CaO - 10.4; MgO - 2.8; R2O - 3.0 at the following content of components, wt %: spent catalyst IM-2201 10-15, crushed stone from carbonate rocks of fraction 5-10 mm 33-40, river sand with the modulus of fineness of 1.68 10-13, H3PO4 10-15, iron-containing waste of the hydrometallurgical production of zinc with content, wt %: SiO2 - 30.4; Al2O3 - 10.2; Fe2O3 - 43.2; CaO - 4.10; MgO - 2.8; R2O - 3.0 24-30.
EFFECT: increased strength limit under compression and heat resistance of heat resistant concretes.
