FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: composition for production of heat resistant concretes, including spent catalyst IM-2201, carbonate crushed stone of fraction 5-10 mm, river sand with size modulus of 1.68 and H3PO4 with density of at least 1.69 g/cm3, additionally contains magnesium-containing slag from production of high-carbon ferrochrome with content of, wt %: Cr2O3 - 3.72; SiO2 - 28.33; Al2O3 - 19.3; FeO - 0.94; CaO - 0.91; MgO - 46.8, at the following ratio of components, wt %: spent catalyst IM-2201 - 10-15, carbonate crushed stone of fraction 5-10 mm - 33-40, river sand with size modulus of 1.68 - 10-13, H3PO4 with density of at least 1.69 g/cm3 - 10-15, magnesium-containing slug of high-carbon ferrochome production with content of, wt %: Cr2O3 - 3.72; SiO2 - 28.33; Al2O3 - 19.3; FeO - 0.94; CaO - 0.91; MgO - 46.8, - 24-30.
EFFECT: increased strength limit under compression and heat resistance of heat resistant concretes.
