SUBSTANCE: strain of yeast Candida parapsilosis M10, having high lipolytic activity, is deposited in the Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms under the registration number Y-4055 and can be used to produce enzyme preparation of lipase.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a strain with improved lipolytic activity.
