SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of pharmaceutics and deals with aqueous composition, containing antibody and alkylglycoside, which has CNC value about 1.0 mM or higher in water at 25°C, where alkylglycoside is present in concentration, which is lower than alkylglycoside CMC value in water at 25°C. Also claimed are method of antibody aggregation inhibition and method for prevention of antibody oxidation in aqueous solution with application of aqueous composition.
EFFECT: increased antibody stability in therapeutically suitable compositions.
