SUBSTANCE: files of printing tasks and additional information about them are received from users' computers, by one or more servers from which the data are transmitted for storage in one or more file storage archives of printing tasks and additional information about them. At that in the process of receiving files of printing tasks and additional information about them the latter is expanded with the attributes on the degree of confidentiality of data and accounting attributes of printing tasks. The transmission of printing tasks and additional information about them to the printing devices is performed from the file storage archive of printing tasks and additional information about them, for which, taking into account the attributes of printing tasks, the settings of available archives of printing tasks and printing devices are formed on one or more computers connected to the printing devices, and when printing the attributes of printing tasks are completed with the information about the time and stages of processing the data and the results of printing.

EFFECT: enhanced functional capabilities of the method by optimization of control mechanisms with printing processes.
