SUBSTANCE: method involves the preparation of prescription components, soak in milk and chopping wheat bread, chopping meat and pieces of onions, mixing these components with part salt and part black pepper to produce minced meat, it forming, breading in wheat flour and frying in the melted fat to produce meatballs, shredder and freezing fresh ornamental cabbage, cutting, sautéing in melted fat and rub the rest of the onions, sautéing flour, mixing pureed part of onions, wheat flour, cream, bone broth, tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar and the rest of the salt, the rest of the black pepper, allspice pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and bay leaf from the sauce, packing meatballs, cabbage and sauce, sealing and sterilization. Components used in a predetermined ratio costs.

EFFECT: invention provides a new canned using nonconventional vegetable raw materials without changing the organoleptic properties of the desired product.
