SUBSTANCE: method of canning "Meat balls stuffed with rice, cabbage and mayonnaise" provides for the preparation of prescription ingredients, cooking, cleaning and cutting chicken eggs, cutting and sautéing in margarine onion, cut greenery, mixing these components with wheat crackers, a part of salt and black pepper to give meat, cut and fighting off scaleless fish fillets, molding it stuffing, wetting liaison, breading in wheat bread crumbs and frying margarine to give meat balls stuffed with rice, shredder and the freezing of fresh cabbage and its mixing with the rest of the salt to produce a side dish, packing meat balls stuffed with rice, garnish and mayonnaise, sealing and sterilization, and use decorative cabbage. All components are taken at definite ratio.
EFFECT: invention provides a new canned using nonconventional vegetable raw materials.
