FIELD: food processing industry, in particular production of canned goods from fish and vegetables.
SUBSTANCE: claimed canned goods are produced by onion cutting and roasting in margarine; boiling, peeling and cutting of hen eggs; gardenstuff cutting. Further abovementioned components are blended with wheat pulled bread; table salt and black pepper to produce mince. Further skimmed fish fillet is cut and beaten followed by forming thereof with mince to produce zrazy. Zrazy are moistened in bitten eggs, breaded in wheat pulled bread and roasted in margarine. Fresh white cabbage is shredded, frozen and blended with table salt to produce garnish. Zrazy, garnish and mayonnaise are pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
