SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for emergency aid in penetrating wounds and closed chest injury with damage to the lung as in the development of tension pneumothorax, pneumoempyema and intrapleural bleeding continued, both in peacetime and in wartime. Devices for drainage of pleural cavity contains a stiletto with a handle and a drainage tube equipped with a valve mechanism. Drain pipe consists of a trocar and working parts with a threaded connection. Trocar portion is provided at the free end of the inflated cuff to be fixed in pleural cavity and configured to fit over the stylet. Working part provided with valve mechanism, which is a freely movable ball disposed between the four hemispherical projections formed at the free end and the inner surface of the drainage tube portion, and the roller formed in the center of the working part of the inner surface of the entire circumference. Radii of the projections, as well as the height of the roller is 1/3 the diameter of the drainage tube.

EFFECT: simplification of the device, the use of on-site accidents in cars "first aid", on the stages of medical evacuation or in hospitals, diversion of fluid and free air from the pleural cavity in one direction without the use of additional devices, creating a negative pressure.
