SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology and can be used for flegmon drainage of the pleural cavity. Trocar is made in the form of a movable stylet placed in a tubular body, provided with an annular clip. Tubular body is provided with a tap for connecting a drainage tube. On the outer surface of the tubular body there is a movable limiter for the insertion depth of the stylet. Ring clamp covers the stop to secure it at a selected distance, and the maximum diameter of the stylet corresponds to the inner diameter of the case, at the front end of which holes are made to drain the contents of the pleural cavity.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to ensure that the contents of the pleural cavity and air can be removed when they enter the tubular body with subsequent removal to the outside, thereby preventing them from entering the surrounding space.
