SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective label or adhesive tape with indication of extraneous interference, that has optically active protective element and optical element. The protective label or adhesive tape with indication of extraneous interference having flexible substrate based on flexible polymer film. The following layers are applied to the substrate 1 surface: textured layer 2 of varnish; semitransparent metal layer or layer with high refraction index 3, first partially separating layer of varnish in form of letters, symbols, lines, guilloche, numbers or text 4, one or several layers of varnish with optical properties 5, second solid separating layer of varnish 6; one more solid layer of varnish 7; self-adhesive coating 8. At sections not coated with separating layer 4 of varnish adhesion of all layers with each other and adhesion of layer 8 and protected object is larger then adhesion of layer 5 with layer 6, or layer 6 with layer 7. At sections not coated by the separating layer of varnish 4 the adhesion of all layers with each other, and adhesion of layer 8 to the protected object 9 is higher then adhesion of layer 3 to layer 4 or layer 4 to layer 5; moreover, especially adhesion of layer 3 to layer 4 or layer 4 to layer 5 is lower then adhesion of both layer 5 to layer 6, and layer 6 to layer 7.

EFFECT: increased protection.
