SUBSTANCE: method of installation of well bore connection assembly in the well includes the stages, when the first pipe string is installed in the deflecting tool. Sealing interaction of the first pipe string in the deflecting tool is performed. Flow control device is opened by the first pipe string as response to insertion. The well system contains a deflecting device located at crossing between the first, the second and the third sections of the well bore. The pipe strings connector contains the first and the second pipe strings connected with its end. The first pipe string is installed in the deflecting device and ensures sealing interaction with seal in the deflecting device, and functionally interacts with the flow control device installed in the first section of the well bore. The second pipe string is installed in the second section of the well bore.
