FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: feedstock stream and desorbent stream are fed into two different ports through two different feed lines along an adsorptive separation chamber with multiple layers. The chamber comprises a given number of spaced-apart ports with corresponding feed lines, linked through a fluid medium with each other to feed and remove the fluid medium into and out of the adsorptive separation chamber. The extract stream and raffinate stream are collected through two different feed lines. The residual fluid medium is flushed in the intermediate feed line of the purification zone between the raw material feed line and the extract feed line in the direction from the adsorptive separation chamber to remove at least a part of the residual fluid medium from the intermediate feed line. The residual fluid medium flushed from the intermediate feed line is fed into another feed line.
EFFECT: high output and purity of the product, reduced amount of the fluid medium for flushing, high efficiency and low power consumption.
