FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the method of extracting a target compound from a mixture of material consisting two or more chemical compounds, through adsorptive fractionation with simulated counter flow, in which a stream of the material and desorbent stream are fed into at least one multilayer section of adsorbent, containing several access points, at two different points through different transportation lines. An extract stream, containing the target substance, and a raffinate stream are individually taken off the adsorption section at two different points through two extra transportation lines. The part of the adsorption section between the raffinate collection point and the inlet of the stream of material is an adsorption zone, which is characterised by that, part of one or two streams of raw mixture and material from the adsorption zone are channelled as washing raffinate for washing off from the adsorption section, contents of the transportation line, which was earlier used removing the raffinate stream from the adsorption section, and moving contents of the washed transportation line with washing raffinate to a raffinate distillation column.
EFFECT: increased purity of product or efficiency of adsorptive fractionating process with simulated moving bed.
