SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a graphical user interface. A display device includes a display, a display controller and an input unit. The display controller displays one or more images corresponding to one or more software programmes at positions which correspond to the operation received by the input unit, in a customised area scrollable in the horizontal direction and adjacent to the left or right side of the initial screen, and displays a predetermined type of information at a predetermined position in a non-customised area scrollable in the vertical direction and adjacent to the initial screen at a position other than the customised area.
EFFECT: enabling scrolling operations in a mode which corresponds to images or information displayed on a screen.
