FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is referred to oil and gas producing industry, in particulate to drill mud cleaning at drilling with core sampling. Drill mud used in the drilling machine is extracted at output from the borehole and transported to the cleaning unit (501). In the cleaning unit solid substance is separated from drill mud. Cleaned drill mud is returned to the drilling machine and used in drilling with core sampling again. The cleaning unit has connector (701) for delivery on uncleaned drill mud to the cleaning unit and two or more settling chambers (604, 605, 606, 607) manufactured so that at their bottom solid substance from the drill mud is accumulated. There is a bypass connector between the settling chambers. Outlet ends of bypass connectors are placed closer to the bottom of the settling chambers than inlet ends. In the bottom part of at least one settling chamber there is a valve (703) intended for removal of drilling cuttings containing solid substance from the settling chamber, at that drilling cuttings are processed by means of filter (609). In the top part of the settling chamber there is bypass connector (609) connecting the chambers outlet connector (611) for removal of cleaned drill mud and its return back to drilling process. The cleaning unit is placed in one or several containers or respective mobile structures.
EFFECT: technology of drill mud cleaning is simplified.
