FIELD: ceramic industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of stove tiles. Ceramic mixture for making glazed tiles contains, wt%: kaolin 10-15; clay 1-1, 5; quartz sand 1-1, 5; talc 3-3, 5; zircon 1-1, 5. Heat resistance makes 20-25 cycles. Glazed tiles dried to moisture content of not more than 5 % and annealed at temperature 1,150-1,200 °C. On the surface layer of refractory tiles glaze and fired tiles secondary at temperature 1,100-1,200 °C. Possible painting tiles heat-resistant ceramic paints.
EFFECT: technical result is high heat resistance of tiles.
