FIELD: ceramic industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of stove tiles. Ceramic mixture for making glazed tiles contains, wt parts: kaolin 10-15; faience fragments 5-7; feldspar 1.5-2. Components are dosed in required amounts. Faience and feldspar loaded into ball mill and milled for 5-6 hours, then kaolin is added and further milled for 2-3 hours. Milling components is carried out to not more than 10% of residue on sieve 008. Produced mass is wetted to 19-26 % and glazed tiles are formed. Glazed tiles dried to moisture content of not more than 5 % and annealed at temperature 1,150-1,200 °C. On surface of glazed tiles layer of colour high-melting glaze is applied and tiles annealed again at temperature of 1,100-1,200 °C.
EFFECT: technical result is high heat resistance of tiles.
