SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of preparing natural gas, which includes separation, recuperative gas cooling and its cooling by additional coolant with condensation of reflux, countercurrent contact between gas and condensate after cooling. Gas is first mixed with stabilization gas, and cooling the obtained mixture is carried out in conditions of its partial condensation, besides, cooling agent is obtained in a refrigerating machine, and condensate is stabilized with receipt of stabilization gas using heat released in production of cooling agent.
EFFECT: high yield and reduced power consumption.
