FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for field preparation of hydrocarbon gases and can be used in oil industry for processing associated petroleum gas. Proposed are four versions of the plant, including a compressor station, a recuperative heat exchanger, a separator, a three-phase separator, a refluxer with an external cold source, as well as reducing devices. In versions 3 and 4, the upper part of the dephlegmator is equipped with a heat-mass exchange section. In operation of first version of associated petroleum gas is mixed with stabilization gas, compressed in compressor station, cooled in heat exchanger and separated in separator into residue and gas, which is fed into a dephlegmator bottom, the top of which is cooled with a coolant supplied from an external cold source. Reflux gas is withdrawn from the top of the dephlegmator, heated in a heat exchanger and discharged as DGS, and reflux is discharged from the bottom of the dephlegmator. Residue of separation and reflux are reduced and directed to three-phase separator, from which water condensate, natural gas liquids and after reduction of stabilization gas are removed. Operation of the second and fourth versions of the plant is characterized by recuperative cooling in the heat exchanger of separation gas downstream the separator. Operation of the third and fourth versions of the plant is characterized by additional recuperative cooling of the upper part of the dephlegmator using a heat-mass exchange section.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of metal consumption and reduction of power consumption.
