FIELD: engines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas distribution in internal combustion engines (ICE). Concept of this invention is as follows: drive system of a three-valve gas distributor includes a control system, an electric power source, a pack of piezo-ceramic elements of a piezo pump with piston and check valves, gas distributor drive system hydraulic accumulator and compensating hydraulic accumulator. For charging the accumulator the control system converts the power source voltage into the movement of the piezo pump piston feeding the hydraulic accumulator. During return movement of the piezo pump piston, fluid from the compensating hydraulic accumulator via the check valve arrives into the piston hamber of the piezo pump preparing it for the next charging cycle.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of the system efficiency.
