FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: claimed system comprises pressure control valve, intake and exhaust valves. At ICE intake stage, control system sets said pressure control valve and intake valve to open position while exhaust valve is set to closed position. To discharge used combustion products, said system opens the gas pressure control valve and exhaust valve and closes the intake valve. Control system traces the ICE pistons current position to define opening and closing moments for every valve in compliance with load at ICE. For opening of every valve, said control system sets the airflow control slide valve to position whereat air from pneumatic accumulator into the valve drive piston chamber for valve to be actuated. Used fluid from opposite valve drive piston chamber is fed via compensating hydraulic accumulator into the pump piston driven by air compressed at ICE compression stroke, or by fuel mix, or at expansion stroke by combustion products, and therefrom into hydraulic accumulator.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of gas exchange.
