SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the system ensuring the well operation, and can be used to transmit the logging data from at least one well-logging device to the data acquisition system on surface via the cable. The system contains a surface transceiver, a cable, a well transceiver, the well-logging device and drive. The well transceiver is connected with the surface transceiver by cable. The well transceiver communicates with the surface transceiver using multiplexing with orthogonal frequency division of channels for data communication via the cable by modulation of the supplied to cable signal with pulse-width modulation (PWM) using the transistor bridge. The drive and at least one well-logging device are power supplied via the cable. Besides, the invention relates to the downhole tool.

EFFECT: increased communication rate between sensors in the well and surface unit upon simultaneous high power assurance for the system ensuring the well operation.
