FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: described is method for obtaining polymer polyol with content of solid polymer, which constitutes not more than 60 wt %, including mixing main polyol, one or several monomers, containing ethylene unsaturation of monomers, polymerisation initiator, possibly, macromer, as well as, possibly, chain transfer agent and carrying out polymerisation at temperature below 120°C in thus obtained mixture, wherein initiator has formula R1-C(=O)-O-O-R2 (I), wherein R1 represents 1-ethylpentyl, and R2 is alkyl group with formula -C(R3)(R4)-C(R5)(R6)(R7) (II), where R3 and R4 are similar or different and represent alkyl group, including to 10 carbon atoms, R5, R6 and R7 are similar or different and represent hydrogen atom or alkyl group, where polymerisation reaction takes place, in fact, in absence of preliminarily obtained stabiliser, and where main polyol represents polyetherpolyol with nominal functionality more than 2.5 and molecular weight in the range from 2000 to 14000, and where at least one of R5, R6 and R7 represents alkyl group and is selected from methyl group, ethyl group or tertiary butyl group. Described is method for obtaining polymer polyol with content of solid polymer, which constitutes not more than 60 wt %, including mixing main polyol, one or several monomers, containing ethylene unsaturation, polymerisation initiator, possibly, mactomer, as well as, possibly, chain transfer agent and carrying out polymerisation at temperature from 50 to 200°C in thus obtained mixture, wherein initiator possesses formula R1-C(=O)-O-O-R2 (I), wherein R1 is alkyl group, including to 10 carbon atoms, and R2 is alkyl group with formula -C(R3)(R4)-C(R5)(R6)-C(R7)(R8)(R9) (III), wherein R3 and R4 are similar or different and represent alkyl group, including to 10 carbon atoms, R5' and R6' are similar or different and represent hydrogen atom or alkyl group, including to 10 carbon atoms, R7', R8' and R9' are similar or different and represent hydrogen atom or alkyl group, including to 10 carbon atoms, on condition that not all of R7', R8' and R9' are hydrogen atoms in case when both R5' and R6' represent hydrogen atoms.
EFFECT: reduction of duration of portion obtaining, increase of process productivity.
