FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to calibration, manufacture and test of 2-turbine flow meter at thread with compensation disturbances and sliding acting on main screw (axial) impeller (water). Two-turbine flow meter with compensation sliding meter run from difference of axial forces of screw and straight-blade impellers comprises axial forces of both impellers, and straight blades side edges, bushing and roughness of straight-blade impellers are made on dimensions and properties equivalent screw turbine with straight blades downstream, and bushing is extended along length of flow in lower part of screw is registered. Provided is vibration overcoming of axial friction of clutch. Method of making flow meter as billet straight-blade meter run is one of screw of impellers. In method of testing flow meter, both meter runs are adjusted in flow from difference of axial forces with identical overlap flow gate before each meter run. Calibration of valves is carried out using standard tubes and on each valve there is an individual scale displacements.

EFFECT: elimination of influence of unequal plot flow rates in pipe with account of flow modes.
