SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture, in particular, to sanitary treatment of animal's udder. Device comprises elastic tubes (2) arranged on floor (1). Height of tubes is not less than distance from floor to udder (4) animal (3). Elastic tubes can be made gradually increasing height in animal. Between elastic tubes can be made openings (5) in direction perpendicular to animal. Floor can be made up of moving walkways. Elastic tubes may have different height. Elastic tubes can be made flexible. Method includes moving udder and elastic tubes relative to each other. Moving along animal. Outer surface of elastic tubes moistened with water. Animal through elastic tubes arranged on floor. Floor under animal is moved.

EFFECT: simplified design, improved operational characteristics of device for sanitary treatment of animal udder.
