FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a wooden window, which consists of frame and sash (sashes) with glass, loops of the seal and locking devices, external protective straps. Frame and sash consist of four parts of wood or three-layer wooden profile, having narrow visible width in the plane of the window. Glass is glued into the grooves of sashes and used as sash structural elements and the outer perimeter of the window is equipped with T-shaped profile to insert window sill, drips, slopes and other elements of interior and exterior window furnishing and to stop with this profile to the window opening during window installation. Also provided is a method for manufacturing wooden window which includes manufacturing of parts and assembly of frame and sashes. Note here that for production of frame and sash parts profiles are used identical by cross-section size obtained using unified set of knives, wherein the parts are made without series by cutting both ends of the workpiece at an angle of 45 degrees and boring holes to fix angles. Then are made slots for locking elements and fittings protective lacquer coating is applied on all surfaces of workpieces, then workpieces are assembled in ready sashes and frames, wherein at least two glasses are glued in the grooves of sash profile and angles are fixed with metal braces, then hinges and locking devices are installed.

EFFECT: wooden window which consists of frame and sash (sashes) with glass, hinges, sealing and locking devices, external protective straps.
